We are interested in renting our home to guests who wish to stay in clean and comfortable accommodations, as well as appreciate and value the care we've put into updating and maintaining the house. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance and security/cleaning deposit is due three weeks prior to occupancy. The security/cleaning deposit is $500 for weekly rentals, however it may vary for longer term rentals. All deposits and payments are accepted in American currency only, as cash or bank check. Credit cards or foreign currency are not accepted. Security deposit refunds will be returned in American currency via bank check. Weekly rentals only June, July and August. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 10am. Nightly rentals available in May and September. Three night minimum.
