In planning for your vacation, here is some helpful information about the house:
The Town of Falmouth requires rental home owners file a permit for occupancy. Our permit allows for the overnight accommodation of not more than eight (8) guests.
Smoke and pet free environment
Bedrooms (Four):
Two bedrooms downstairs: One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.
Two bedrooms upstairs: One bedroom has a full bed and the other has two twin beds, along with two full-sized cribs.
Bathrooms (Two) & Outside Shower:
Full bathroom with a tub-first floor
Full bathroom with a stand up shower unit-second floor
Each bathroom has a supply of toilet paper, tissues, and liquid hand soap at the sinks
Outside shower plumbed with hot water and enclosed for privacy
Kitchen:
Updated appliances including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and toaster
Pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and kitchen dish soap.
Family Room:
Television includes a DVD player and cable access
Stereo unit with an IPOD connection
Wireless internet access (throughout the house)
Linens:
Plan to bring your own linens, they are not included. There are companies that provide linen services. They will deliver and pick up the linens at the start and end of your visit. We're happy to provide links to these companies as a convenience to our guests, however we haven't had enough experience with them to provide a recommendation or endorsement.
